97 gpvr mivec engine

putting in new vr4 engine over the next few weeks.so my engine i spent alot of money and time on will be up for sale.

engine work.
when i bought the car i removed the engine and carried out
timing belt and water pump changed.all blue point parts 10k ago cost €180
changed all 6 plugs.
removed sump and sealed and cleaned all oil feed and return ports.
removed both cam box's and fitted cam oil seals,cost from mitsubishi. €30
fitted 12 new adjustable tappets on the front head.cost €220 for parts

resealed both cam box's
reseal both rocker cover's
oil was changed every 5k with mitsubishi oil filters.with castrol 10w/40 mag oil.

why a ''-'' in mi-vec and not mivec ?

not sure what your asking.its a 97- gpvr mivec enigine.

and im open to offers if someone does need one. hard to price.you spend so much on them putting them right then the cars a worth very little.

He's just poking fun at your spelling, technically speaking its a MIVEC (Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control system) engine.
Having a hyphen, as in Mi-vec wouldn't make sense.
Still nowhere near as bad as the "Mivic" powered FTO I saw for sale recently.

Engines are usually priced around the 300 mark but seeing as you've serviced/overhauled it recently it should command a higher price.
