would these fit/work on a gpx?
You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine'.

Yeah, some lad is selling lots of bits for reasonable prices at the moment. I dont even need them but u never know when they could come in handy.

What about MITSUBISHI FTO REAR SHOCKS CAME OFF 1995 GR MODEL GOOD CONDITION. ENGINE AND GEARBOX STILL AVAILABLE 1995 GR TIPTRONIC. I guess these wouldnt fit a gpx either?

I wouldn't buy used shocks, you don't know how much is left in them so they could go days after you put them on if you're unlucky. That said, if you get them very cheap it might be worth a punt, but only if you put them on yourself, i.e. don't have to pay a few quid to have them installed.

AFAIK the gearbox is the same, and engine would be pretty similar except for the MIVEC bit, but good luck getting the gearbox and engine shipped over here for anything other than crazy money.

I have 4 standard dampers (shocks) from my GPX - changed them for KYB's - they are in good condition (apart from front left which isn't the best) - so if anyone wants one (or four) let me know and I can bring along to meet - they'd just be sitting in the shed otherwise.

Back to the original topic, has anyone actually used 'performance' HT leads and noticed a difference in reponse?
