Selling my house in Dublin - website created for it!

Postby adrian » Sun Apr 19, 2009 11:02 pm

Hi all,

Just on the very off chance someone is looking for a totally sorted house, we are moving closer to family and friends and so our home in Artane is for sale. I am using the web to help the estate agents best market it.....

http://www.kilmoreroad.com

Thanks!

It reminds me of a modified car ad, in a good way!

looks great. Nice shots. I can see 68 for sale on the gwd website, but not 75? Just curious of the ballpark price. I'm sure its similar to the asking price for 68 anyway, but prob abit more as it looks great. Love the garage too.

I can see what you mean Colm, if CJ was selling a house, the ad would look like this too. :D

I'm sure its not an easy time to be selling a house either, but you've certainly gave yourself a edge over other houses with that site, very impressive. Well done and best wishes with the sale.

Considering Adrians done a gret job on this, I'll take that as a compliment ;)

Adrian, I assume you'd rather not quote the asking price on the new site?

Thanks all. It'll be on MyHome.ie today and it's here on GWD:

The price I know is seriously low for the house but it's priced to sell
