clutch removal insturctions??

well boys
just wondering is there a link for instruction on how to remove a clutch,
not planing on doing it myself but wondering is there much involved,

got 2 quotes of 700 and 600 euro for instaling a clutch and a timing belt
Do yeah think this is a good price??
Or maybe you cant recommended some mechanic

got my baby through the nct last week no probs even with the clutch nearly gone,taught about selling for about 1 sec but NOWAYS can i!!!

Actually for clutch AND timingbelt that doesn't sound too bad..
If it had been clutch alone I'd have felt ripped off..

Mind you I paid about that up at Weclan Daters (Name changed to semi-disguise the rip-offs) - just to have the clutch replaced - and I DID feel ripped off.

Jay, clutch removal instructions are in the workshop manuals, see the download section on the main site.

They're 2 separate, fairly big, time consuming jobs, so it doesn't sound too bad... haven't done the clutch myself, and a guy on the UK forum said it wasn't too bad, but it depends on your definition of 'not too bad' I guess. I presume thats all inclusive of parts and all? Clutch and timing belt kit, water pump, etc. would be a good chunk of that if that is the case.
