Plenum doubts

I have a spare plenum from the GR, will this fit my GPX? was planning on polishing it.

Really tough job plus ull need fingers of a 10 year old,

Found it too be like scraping your nails on a blackboard when sanding it

Did u get all the different grades of sandpaper and mops?

Takes an awful lot of pressure and scrubing to remove the old skin to get down to the smooth finish,

Dremmel mite be alrite for nooks and crannies of plenum but id be afraid put any pressure on with one of those,
If u can find an air grinder with a sanding cone attachment i reckon that would be alot stronger for the job.

Its alot of hours no matter what u do

as far as i know they gpx is a bigger internal bore than the gr so woulnt do i found this place on ftooc looks the dogs and not too bad price wise considering the hours it will save you

The GPX and GR Plenums are different. The main problem is that none of the front bolts to fit it will line up. The GPX one also has an addition sensor fitted into it that a GR doesn't plus a couple of other small fitment problems.

not quite. they charge an extra #35 surcharge on top of the $85, which you get back when you send them your plenum.

Nothing inexpensive off the top of my head. Unless you happen to have a set of MX-5 repeaters or aftermarket dials lying around.
