I brought Topcat out last night for the "Mivec Experience" (btw, if he sells his car in the next year it had nothing to do with me
)
Anyway, on the way back to his gaff, the cops were stopping. 2 gardai on my left - one bangarda on my right. Pull up and let down my window (freaking that someone had rang us in or something) Bangarda walks(nodding) around car, comes back to my window and this is the convo that ensues:
BG: Thats a big car you have there for such a small woman.
Me: Yes
BG: Yaaa... I must say, she's a nice car - I'm impressed. Isn't she lads? *lads nod*
Me: *smiles*
BG: Soo.. I must take her for a testdrive...
Me: *laughs nervously in a you're-not-touching-my-car kinda way*
BG: Actually, the 2 lads here would be better at taking her for a testdrive, really.
Me: ---
BG: Well, thanks, see you again now, have a good night!!
Me: Thanks! + giggles. Then tries to pull away quietly...
Madness huh? Never expected a conversation like that to ever ensue with 3 gardai!!
