had the exact same question about 8months ago :D, i finally came to the conclusion its tacky, is it from ebay from your man dragonheart? he does some nice stuff, i'm kind of going for the lighter is better theme in my car now.

Know where you're coming from... A bit over the top maybe. Yeah, ebay (1972dragon). Might just stick to some tasteful aluminium dial rings.

Have this, therefore it's grand. combine with dial rings, KMC dials, and aluminium dial cups for best effect.

Yeah, I think the FTO cut out is a bit fiddly. The planner ones were on my old car when I got it, and with white dials, aluminium rings and cups, it looked very nice IMO.

It's down to personal taste I guess really... and depends on what you have with it - dials, rings, needle cups, etc. I have a carbon fibre dial surround, aluminium dial rings and needle cups.

As CJ said, if it didn't have the FTO cutouts it would look better.

it's not my cup of tea but if you like it Pad , GO FOR IT ;)

Thanks for the input, guys. Auction has ended... They didn't sell, so they will probably be back up again. Think I'll start off slowly and get rings. Possibly build up from there :wink:

oh hang, on didn't see the FTO cutouts. dreadful stuff. you can get a much nicer one from the FTOOC.

It's the same with slam panels.
I was looking for one on e-bay and all I could find was ones the these cutouts too :roll:

Yeah the cut-outs are too much I think.. it's down to personal taste..personally I really perfer the plainer stuff.
