18th Irish Classic & Vintage Motor Show
Sunday 5th July 2009 in Terenure College, Dublin



Vehicles Eligible: Cars / Motor Bikes, and Vehicles / Motor Bikes of special interest (e.g. Kit Car’s,
Sport’s or Super Cars, Military Vehicles) will qualify at the discretion of the Organizers.
Entry Fee: €10.00 per Vehicle / Motor Bike if entry received by 14th JUNE, Entry Fee includes entry for
Vehicle, Driver and passenger. A Commemorative Plate will be given to all those who return their Entry
Form by the 14th of June. Entry Numbers will not be posted until the end of June.
PLEASE PRE-REGISTER, PRE-REGISTERING GUARANTEES YOUR SPACE AT THE SHOW, AND THAT YOU RECEIVE
YOUR COMMEMORATIVE PLATE. ENTRIES ON THE DAY WILL BE CHARGED €15.00 WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A
COMMEMORATIVE PLATE.

Just an update on this: entries were sent off yesterday. I received confirmation from the organisers today, entry is €10 to be paid to me on the day - there's no need to pre-pay.

We have 7 FTOs and one Capp down pre-booked. If anyone wants to join in on the day that'd be great. they're not guarunteeing space for cars that arrive on the day but I'd be shocked if there wasn't room.

Here's the provisional plan lads:




Meet at the Carrickmines retail park at 10.15 Sunday morning, that's where www.octane.ie have a thing called Cars & Coffee on the first Sunday of every month, there will be a nice selection of performance cars and classic cars (some of which will be heading to Terenure) there, these are genuine motoring enthusiasts who have very interesting cars. we can grab coffees at Costa Coffee and head to Terenure at around 11.30.

Our cars should be in position in Terenure by 12.30 - it won't be as long a day as Heatwave. I'm guessing we'll be leaving by 6.30.

some points:
Registration fee covers a driver and one passenger
No dogs are allowed in the show (the woof woof types)
No "For Sale" signs allowed on club stand
No flyers to be placed on other cars




Cars and Coffee:
This is a monthly meet up now that happens on the first Sunday of every month outside the Costa Coffee in the Carrickmines retail park (yes it is accross the carpark from Halfords!).

Take Junction 15 off the M50 and it's right beside it (head WEST i.e. away from Dublin). You have to go up to the first roundabout and do a U-turn back towards the M50 and the entrance is on the left.
