Mein came with green coloured TEIN springs... Not sure of the drop but its not too low. They are nice and solid though. Sound slike APEX seem fairly good too. :)

Just respray them  but they are almost invisible as they are a bit shorter than the standard ones.
Well... better yellow than green IMO  ( )

The ride will be harsher to some degree, its a matter of weighing up ride quality vs looks and handling.

They won't make a BIG difference to the ride - it will be harder but the car will look and handle better.

I changed to KYB dampers along with the springs and it actually improved the ride and handling. Putting higher rate lowered springs on old dampers isn't exactly ideal hence why I allways suggest changing the dampers as well.

Thats a LOT more expensive than KYB dampers and Apex.
The teins are fine if you are going to do a lot of track days but if you spend most of your time on Irish roads then the KYB's and Apex will give a similar look but with much more comfort and much improved handling over stock.

Didn't someone on here recently take off (or were going to take off) their Tein coilovers to put on KYBs and Apex for comfort reasons.

Apex springs + full set of KYBs = 350 sterlings
TEIN Coilovers = 600 sterlings

I have tein coilovers on my car.
On 18" the ride was really hard/bumpy. I switched to 17" and it's much better. Still a bit bumpy for me.
I'll try to adjust them maybe I can make them softer but if that won't work I'll go with KYB and Apexi. I can't compare with standard shock/springs as the coilovers were on the car when I bought it.
I won't change anything till we meet in Limerick to ask for your opinions.
