Camber settings

Postby kizersozey » Thu Sep 03, 2009 6:12 pm

When i got my tyres done and balanced and tracked front and back,,,,,,all fine but noticed the rear wheels fairly splayed out........can this cause tyre wear on insides? bushings and drop links and all other machanical suspension stuff is all perfect......just that old rear tyres where little worn on inside...they where 215/5017's. now using 45's instead of 50's,possibly the wheels came off something else! tracking was a tad off before also. just dont want to run tyres if camber settings need attention. other than that taxed today and all legal for spin to japfest :D

When you had tracking done did you have alignment checked as well? If not - its well worth getting done - small investment can make your car nicer to drive and save you a few bucks in rubbers.

What are the final rear toe settings in the alignment report?

Suggest you get a proper computerised 4 wheel alignment check, its well worth the money. Most systems should already have the FTO listed, if not, bring the settings with you:
