air inlet manifold

air inlet manifold

im thinking on getting my inlet manifold painted or chromed dose any 1 no wher i could get i chromed? and if i get i painted would it have to be high heat paint?

tin tin just about anything can be chromium plated, personally id rather not plate an aluminium part, more likely to bubble and split than a steel part for example. IMO get the manifold polished, result will be same lookwise as chrome plating, depending on how good the polisher is.

chrome plating, powder coatings and paint coating have a tendency to hold in the heat of manifold, which aint what your looking for TBO :shock:
