Hell of a day,

Missed my flight, now ferrying and rail to newcastle arriv ing after midnight, (I left home at 3:45)

Got a call to stay my brother was stabbed in the face at his debs last night, he's in the beaumont hospital having an opperation to remove shards of glass from his brain, then onto the matter to have another opperation to try save his eye.

He's out now, brain opp went ok, eye opp they said they were quite happy with but they don't have a clue what his sight will be like they are geoing to keep him under anesthetic for a day or two.

Terrible news for your bro, hopefully he recovers fully.

Scum need to go to prison for that sort of assault. I hope that the guy that did it is over 18 so that he gets his fair chance !!

Thats awful news Dan. Sorry to hear that. Thank God the op went ok and he's ok. I'l keep my fingers crossed that he makes a full recovery.
I hope the person that did it is caught. I'm sure that someone at the debs will know who they were and identify them to the guards so that they get what they deserve.

Sorry to hear that Dan, glad your brother is recovering. This crap drives me mad though! :x Every interview every bouncer on a pub door is going to judge the scars on his face, I hope he got tidy enough stiches and the scar wouldn't be too bad.

The story is he was in a pub after and was in a smoking area tapped some girl in the shoulder looking for a light and she slapped him and your man (FROM BEHIND) grabbed his neck and forced a bulmers pint glass up into his face.

His eyeball has collapsed, rettena has detached, will take 5-6 surgery's each will have to be 100% right to do the next and then he "might be able to see again"
