dont know if anyone will be able to help but on my front lights there looks to be a lacker thats peeling off the lights!
i brought my car in from england so i just wondering if its from salt corrosion
as it is efftecting the light output

click search and then type in "headlight peeling" there are some decent how to's on fixing this.
