Postby daniel » Fri Apr 09, 2004 11:47 am

allright folks,,im thinking my ft doest want to go to scotland. first of all the aircon problm,, fxed now thankk lads...and now once go ver 65 mph i am getting alot of vibration back through the wheel...ive done 4 wheel laseraliinment and got the front two wheels dynamincally balanced...just checked the tyre psi, and now its good allrund...so im at a loss to whats up...i know there r a few dents in my front alloys but i thought the balancing would compensate for them....should i swop the bck tires to the front????

sorry for the misspellings but im here at belfast port on a telephone/internet kiosk thing and only some buttons work.... on the bright side hoping to see markyboys1967;s gullwing fto coming of the boat....

Dan, it could be a buckled wheel or a bent lower suspension arm, theres no harm swapping the rear wheels onto the front. Get the track measured from the centre of the front to the rear wheels on each side, this will tell you if the suspension arms are at fault.

The west of ireland roads catching up with you! mine are the exact same. I have put the back wheels up front and its better but ill need a new set of wheels in the near future.
