I just got a few more FTO bits and bobs in the post.
Among them was a newsletter from the FTOOC (2002), it has a great section for any nerds out there, featuring some interesting FTO information.
Concept designs for interior and exterior and a nice write up.

True, the interiors, particularity with the screens do look later than early 90's.
I think with a tweak here and there a new FTO wouldn't be that big an ask, they were well ahead of their time.
