I think standard looks better on a red car.

If going carbon then you need other carbon parts - carbon bonnet on its own without other styling mods is a little naff. A nice vented (painted) bonnet would look better similar to the Hostile Performance one I posted on your other thread.

I suppose it's down to personal preference but I've never gotten the fascination with CF :smt017

CF is nice if its the real deal. But you see so many people that just spray their bonnet black it takes from the whole idea behind it. Plus CF would help you for the quarter mile too next year! Dont know what the cost difference would be though between them.

The coolist thing Iv seen is carbon bonnet sprayied the colour of the car, but a section left unpainted but syill laquered, eg. On the fto the raised middle bit left. Unpainted, same on the celica.....

Looks seriously cool, cos its like you have the bonnet not for show its actually to reduce weight

I've recently bought Carbon Fibre parts for the Zed from EP Racing - good quality stuff - they're currently selling a CF vented bonnet on flea bay - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mitsubishi-FTO-EV ... dZViewItem

yeah i had about a six week waiting list, i'd personally hold out for the one from Rice, but I know you're in a rush for one now... is it worth 150 more to get your car back on the road weeks earlier?? (probably! )
