best bet is check out all the online sites,
www.cbg.ie
www.carzone.ie
www.autotrader.ie
www.buyandsell.ie
Some of the sites you'd have to register but it's no big deal and it doesn't cost anything either!

and pick up a buy and sell mag, there's always a few floating about in there.

best of luck

There are two on Autotrader at the moment - 1 in Kerry and 1 in Sean Byrne Motors.

Wouldn't get too hung up on colour though if you're looking for a good GPX Manual - condition and spec should come first - I've gone looking for a Black FTO twice over the past few years and ended up buying the best of what I could find (or import) - a Red GR and a Silver GPX.

Liam, I agree with MFFTO, try not to limit yourself to one colour, theres a lot of rough FTOs out there at the moment, if you broaden your criteria, you've a better chance of getting a good condition car. Take a look at the cars for sale in your area and go out and drive a few to give you an idea of what to expect, try not to get too hung up on the first car you see. If you're not in a hurry, the right car will come up, keep and eye on the usual sites and mags (and of course this site ;)), the right car will come your way eventually.

We all realise that blue is the best colour anyway!

Anyone want to join a "Steel Silver - West of the Shannon - GPX Manual" Splinter Group??? :P

Steel Silver is definetly the fastest due to its light and heat reflecting properties(ya I know we don't get a lot of either - but you never know with gobal warming??) - There is just too much heat soak with colours like black and blue!

I'm with MfFTO on this one. And being an engineer myself, I can tell you that this is the real deal. That's specifically why I chose a steel silver car myself. 8)

Wow!

Thats uncanny - Did you know my next mod is a red strip light on the front bumper? Now I've just got to grow my hair a bit for that authentic Michael Knight look. 8)
