Oh YES. Prepared to be very jealous.
Guess who got a call from the BBC today? Offering me tickets to TOP GEAR LIVE IN ENGLAND!!! OMFGOMFG!!!
You have no idea how excited I am. Been on a high all day. I may actually die when I see Hammond*
And to top that all off I got flights on Ryanair for 4 cent. No catches, no hidden charges, actually, seriously, 4 CENT.
Now, I wonder if I'd get away with wearing my FTO-IRL hoody....?
*I may have a small "thing" for Hammond

You know, actually wasn't thinking today, was so excited I was offered 4 tickets but only accepted 2! Thing is the are very strict on s3x ratio, so that may have been awkward for some who don't have partners as obsessed with cars as we are...

ah but it's not completely free, you still have to venture up to the big shmoke, get caught going up the M50 without paying (€20) park in the car park for 2 days (€18 ) buy a magazine for the flight (€5), get the bus from Ryanairs London Airport (which is in Wales)(€35), get to the venue (€5) and still get home. When you get home you'll need counselling after being delayed on the Ryanair flight. You may also get a speeding ticket or something.
Not jealous.
Maybe you're flying from Shannon.

Lift to Shannon, already have a book, renting a car, never had problems with RA before and have flown many times.
You're just a little bit jealous.

Thing about Top Gear is, even though my girlfriend isn't that into cars, she loves the show, its become so much more than a car show.
Anyway, you owe it now to the rest of us to to wear that hoodie!!!

Want even more good news? The Top Gear studio is actually in Guildford. So, you won't be anywhere near London...!

I'm off to the Top Gear live on the Thursday, looking forward to it! Seems to be much easier to get tickets than the Irish one.

To be honest I don't know what happened. I only applied February. People on Boards are telling me they've been on the list for 2 years or more now.
Colm - Top Gear the TV show, in their studios...
Martin, you're completely confusing me. The BBC only film TG on Wednesdays. If you're going to Surrey then please tell me your tickets weren't bought anywhere, because if they were they're fake. You can only get tickets direct from the BBC and they're free...

Has she got a thing for Hammond too?
They say dress is relaxed/casual - I think I'll wear a bikini instead just to get up the front (not that I have much to show or anything) but that seems to work for every other girl!

Oh, no, its the live one I'm going to not the tv version one. Damn, you win....
Good stuff you though.

Apparently the new series is starting next week, so they must be recording for the week they're broadcasting it.
If I give you dates nearer the time does someone here have BBC so that they could record it for me?

Right, Berno has agreed to record it for me. Leg end.
Saw The Stig... Got talking to May, and got a pic. I just want to cuddle him he's such a pet!
So guys... more indept detail next week when I get round to it but Sunday you can expect: (photo's to follow)
EVO X V Avantime...
Jeremy's weirdly powered food blender that actually damaged my eardrums...
Mark Wahlberg (what a d**k!!) *yawn*
Not a lot of car reviews but more messing.
Keep close eye to the right of star Mark's head, you'll see me there...
What a day guys, what a day, we've applied for more tickets already!!!
