noisy tappets

Alright lads need your help fto gr sports v6 non mivec the tappets are noisy and starting to annoy had the car a year and a half and its started this noise about 2 months ago.Can the tappets be adjusted or has anyone had same problem i know there a little tappety from cold but its becoming pretty constant

GR tappets are non adjustable (Mivec are adjustable).
Try just changing the oil to a high quality fully synth 5W 40.
If its still too noisy then you may have to replace -
