want to under take this today anybody be able to tell me were the drain plug is and what coolant to use

done this not so long ago,
drain plug is (if your looking at the car) bottom left of the radiator there is a plastic tap, half turn should open it. (have a bucket ready).
As for the coolant i went to my mechanic and gave me coolant he uses in the VW's and bmw's, so i presume any good motor factors wil reccomend a good brand

Been discussed a few times before, ethylene glycol coolant is the one to go for (normally blue), mix with equal measure of distilled water.

ok thanks and another quick question were would i get dust retention oil for an itg airfilter i tried my motor factors but he did not have a clue

make sure your filter actually needs oil. some of the ITGs don't.

i thaught all after market filters had to be oiled every year to help keep out small dust particals and the like

the Pro Filters don't need oil. they also don't last forever.

I'm now guessing that you meant induction kit as opposed to air filter?

Does anyone know if the HKS mushroom filters need this oil or just a replacement sponge piece, all i have done is clean it every oil change.

Yeah my sponge is fairly bad, would like to replace it... If you find it let me know will ya!

HKS mushroom filters are designed to replace the foam element - just screw off the top cap and replace foam.
