AFAIK - the GPX standard exhaust is about 1/2 inch larger diameter from the CAT back - I know its not possible to fit a GR standard exhaust to a GPX for instance due to the differences in the flange/gasket etc.

When it comes to aftermarket exhausts however it starts to become less clear - most aftermarket systems are at least 2.5 inch - 3 inch diameter + and there may not be an issue with mating these to a GPX even if they have come off a GR - and especially if its running a decat.
