IRISH FTO SURVEY, collecting general model/owner information

Postby colm_mcm » Fri May 16, 2008 2:27 pm

I've just set up a survey for owners of FTO's in Ireland. to try and build up a picture of what models people are driving and of modifications etc that they might have done. It will be more of a reflection of what site members drive than what Irish FTO population drives!

Results will be revealed at the custom and performance show meet in Limerick later in the year, provided there enough responses to give an accurate picture.

I'm also looking into compiling a proper spec list for the different models, as any I've seen on the net are incorrect. I'll need a lot of help with that.

Link on my sig.

Excellent survey Colm, stickied! I would encourage everyone to fill this out in an effort to help us understand some of the demographics of Irish FTO owners.

Any chance you could add in the '6 counties' to the location list? Can the results be viewed after you've undertaken the poll? If not, is it possible to extrapolate the data into a format that we can view in the forum?

the existing question is which county is your FTO registered to,

A "Where do you live" question has just been added

I'm only interested in standard specs and equipment, I'm sure CJ would bew interested in any parts numbers you have though,

By the way folks, all surveys are annonymous, and information won't be presented in such a way that would identify any contributors.

Good survey Colm.

Was confused by the exhaust question - what was the correct answer for un-modified?

What performance exhaust setup (if any) are you running?

For a standard system, skip the question (don't tick any boxes)
question has been rephrased now.

Thanks to the 32 people who have already responded.

we're now on 42 replies, thanks to all who contributed so far, to anyone who hasn't, please take the time to fill it out, it'll only take a few minutes, and all surveys are anonymous.

An interesting nugget to come from the survey is the huge proportion of GPX and manual gearbox FTO owners on the site.

OK, we're now on 51 replies, that's nearly 1 in 10 Irish FTO's.

There are no personal questions like your level of income, the survey is anonymous, and individual survey answers will not be published,

that's not a glitch, it stops multiple entries by messers which would skew the results.

On to 53 unique completed surveys (and 1 duplicate!) now, keep it up!

BUMP!

Any new members to the site want to participate before the results go public at the Custom and Performance Show in Limerick?
