Guys I've heard that if I was to import a car from the UK I wouldn't have to pay VRT is that correct???

Import from Japan = VAT + VRT % on OMSP.
Import from UK - VRT only % on OMSP
No VAT on UK import
Import from UK - VRT only % on OMSP
No VAT on UK import
