Momo Steering Wheel from UK

Dave - did you have any issues with Customs and Excise when you ordered your Momo steering wheel from the UK. I have just placed my order and am now worried that our Customs friends will nab me for VAT !!

For those of you who are interested, I purchased from http://www.motorsportworld.co.uk before I noticed another cheaper place http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk. I did of course get back to Motorsportworld and tell them that they are significantly more expensice and I am hoping that the boss will match the other company's price !!

no didn;t have any problems at all, the vat is paid in the uk and doesn't affect the normal consumer, it'd only be a problem if you put it through an irish vat registered company then you'd just have to declare it through your next vat return.
