:( another fri night in the garage ....got the side off a rover 45 to paint and its frezing , never to dry. thinking off just priming it and leaving it to cure till morns morning...all day shot though ..neeeds to be finished for sun as anothers comin....
sat nights a drinking night headin up to stirlin to my mates house. Bigkerr from the uk site for a bevvy .and mabe a sneak lone off his pc...just to make a surpriuse appearence on the o.c :lol:

are solvent based paints still being used in the UK?

Was in Stirling this time last year, nice spot.

:roll: yip , just till 2009 i heard and then its all over for us cowboys , i detest that waterbased. drying times are unreal , a lifetime...nice gto . some tool

it's all water-based over here now. guys still haven't gotten used to using it judging by some of the stuff I've seen

:roll: tell me about it , its more the metalics, it seems a lot heavier and doesnt drop as nice.....i done two vans last week at work . looked stunning in the oven and when they came out i near fainted...patchy as hell . although it doesnt help when the place is a sh1t hole :lol:
