A mate of mine used to have a 96 lancer gsx with diamond plate for mats. Looked the business and actually properly protected the carpets. The car came with them but I'd say it's a serious pain in the back bending them to the right shape and angles.
I can't stand any decals on a car, so much so the first thing I do when I get a car is remove the dealership decal.

It's well documented super unleaded petrol adds 20% more power.
Anyone know what the insurance situation is like in engerland? He does specify "best of all cheap insurance" AFAIK Irish insurers were similar to english insurers and there insurance would be equally expensive.
