new valve seals, (new ones to cope with the extra pressure)
new head gaskets to be fitted,
decompression gasket,
Cam Gears,
Timing Belt,
Water Pump,
Fuel Pump,
Modified Sump
Plumb in the Turbo's oil lines,
Wire up the 7th injector
Wire in the ECU.

Sounds like alot but my Mechanic AKA "Kuba" is working on the car this week, and them myself and a mate have 2 weeks non stop to get everything done. (iv actualy booked 2 weeks holidays)

Its so close to completion but seems so long to wait as now its jsut around the corner and overlooking anything can be the difference between an awsome success and a new engine and no car for the next while.

I'd be inclined to polish or chrome the bits instead, not a huge fan of the black / metal fake look myself. If you like it, go for it.

I would be inclined to get everything up and running firstly and then consider the tidying up after, you dont yet know if you will run into any problems. even the smallest thing could end up costing money.

Would the coolant tower (for example) be effected by painting it matt black? My basic knowledge of physics tells me it attracts heat, but I have no idea how much. Does anyone know if it would make a noticeable difference?
