Ehm - that looks like one of those snazzy no-air tyres with the sidewall cut-off..

I guess they wil come with side walls, won't they? Trying to wash between the gaps will be a bugger.

Presume you're kidding!
It is just a cutaway section above - the real thing will obviously have sidewalls.

On a side note - it better be an improvement on the runflats BMW are currently running on their cars - a rock hard ride and worse handling than regular tyres. No wonder they don't run them on their performance "M" models.

The above looks like a good idea but I bet it'll take a few years before improvements to the design start to make sense over non-runflat tyres.

Yeah, I read that review a couple of months ago... that picture is acurate -there are no sidewalls... weird... I wouldn't put them on my car thats for sure :?

Might consider it if the inner walls came colour coded to the car, might look better. One issue is cop's can't use a stinger to stop a chase.

I mean if a car with these tyre's were to be taken unlawfully or driven while under the influence?
