Dash repair kit

While in Halfords the other day I saw a vinyl dash repair kit. Was wondering if anyone has ever used it or something similar? Is the fto dash vinyl? :?:

Never used one, the FTO dash is made of vinyl however.

Never used one, and don't need to at the moment afaik (knock on wood) but I would be interested to hear if there is a good one available... incase I get around to doing one of these projects and it all goes pear shaped... :lol:
