Postby paul2508 » Sun Nov 01, 2009 10:20 pm

well peeps i picked up my 98 gpx this morning from portarlington http://www.carsireland.ie/detail.php?ad_id=428381&r=s.php%3Fm%3D58%26amp%3Bo%3D485%26amp%3Bg%3D0, absolutely love it, mivec is just ............... cant describe it. :D its as standard really which i like . more stuff to do to it to make it my own. not pushed on the wheels tho , gonna look around for a set of white alloys, see if i can swap them or something. i love the xenon headlamps on it which i didnt expect.the body is immaculate apart from a tiny nick on the front bumper, can you get a touch up paint in scottia white in halfords? really looking forward to the upcoming meets, i have a lists of things id like to do to it, but christmas is just around the corner so get that out of the way and ill be happy as a sand boy.looking forward to settling back in :smt003

Nice looking car but obviously Im a bit pissed off here. You've been onto me CONSTANTLY via PM's and texts the last few weeks asking if I could get my car NCT'd. And as I explained I didnt really have the spare cash to get it done, but you persisted. As your well aware Ive spent a fair bit of money getting her ready the last 3 weeks and its going for the test on the 5th (this thursday) which you also knew. Now I know full well we never agreed a price and sale but you cant deny you led me on to think you'd take it if it was NCT'd. Ive got messages in my inbox from you that are quite clear about that, even saying you'd pay a bit extra than my asking price if I did the work to have her NCT'd and hat it was the only one around that you liked. I'm not going to get overly thick or aggresive here but I just think you were a bit over eager and as a result Ive spent money I didnt really have for no reason. Maybe a bit more consideration to the impressions you make wouldnt go astray.

That all said though, good luck with car. She's a lovely looking motor and hopefully i'll get to give you a ribbing at one or two of the meets about this!

Nice looking car Paul. I think the wheels look nice on it, but maybe they're different in the flesh. Either way, well wear!
