It says on my policy that i can drive any other car with the owners permission once its otherwise insured, terms and coditions apply

anyone know what these terms and conditions are?
is this like open insurance?

Its not open drive as such, its a third party extention i.e. you can drive any other insured privately insured vehicle (assuming you get permission from the owner, excludes commercials) with third party cover from Quinn. Have a read of the booklet that came with your policy, its all in there.
