Friday -O'Briens Bridge, Birdhill, N7 Borris in Ossary

At O'Briens Bridge I noticed an FTO behind me. Which stayed there all the way to Birdhill, up the N7, including the Nenagh bypass :twisted: all the way to Borris in Ossary, at which stage the driver turned off.
Who is that mystery driver :?:
