I'd be interested to hear what you think of the Mongoose as against the stock one... performance, noise, fit, etc. reckon I'll go with one of those sometime meself.

well, I wanted to fit it myself but the bolts are rusted so decided to go to some garage. Dont want to spend €100 for tools. I have an appointment tomorrow 5.30PM and they`ll take off an old one and fit new for €40.
Ill tell you tomorrow if its worth to buy it but for a now... looks amazingly on my floor

Sure if it doesn't work out you can always take it off again and put it back on the floor.

So... got it back from the garage! And...? Shes got two oval beautiful shiny pipes now :D love it! And thats just visible part, the rest is great as well.
What can i say about Mongoose?

Great performance!

Ive never seen so good welds,
The pipes are bent a bit different to the orginal but it fits ok except one thing...
Camskill says on their web site that it fits all models...
Maybe but if you buying whole exhaust with downpipe and de-cat pipe.
If you want to fit just middle and back section to GR model there is a little problem with the nozzle (to the cat) bcause Mongoose pipe diameter is 3" (i think) and cat diam is 2,5"(or something) so so the nozzles doesnt match and the mechanic had to cut the flange from new and old middle section and weld the old one to the new pipe. Its not a big job but he had to do this.

What else... a yes the sound... :D :D :D

Sounds like a lions roar now :) really deep not joking, but not too loud. I don`t want to make a show on the streets. Its a very good balanced roar id say

So as a conclusion - it`s really worth to buy it!

Nice one, not sure about the fitting @ the cat, but the description of the sound is just what I'd go for I think!
