Leatherette repair

got a couple of rips in the leatherette covers and it drives me mad

does anyone know how can this be fixed without ''patching'' ?

no1. manual GR 96 l no2. tip GR 95 l no3. manual Gpx 95 l no.4 manual Gpx 95 l no.5 manual Gpx 96 l no.6 tip GR 95 - in 2011 took a break from the FTO scene

These guys repair interiors, I've used them a few times and they're very good, they can also repair holes left in your dash after phone kits etc

not sure how they do the seats, I've seen them build up cloth seats using fibres, but never seen them fix leatherette/leather. They do though.


If you want to DIY, I'd suggest glueing another sheet of the same material behind the tear, and tidy up the rough edges.

they were like that when i took the seats keith .
they got more obvious after a good clean :lol:
