gasket off camskill

i purchased a few gaskets off camskill last week and got one or two other types of gaskets off them , which i didnt ask for. one is a gasket for the cat which has three holes in it ,triangular shape MB687014 and another packet with four gasket shapes made from a light meta spot welded toghther on each side to keep them together. .dunno what they are for. ANY ONE SHED ANY LIGHT ON THESE.
