IP blocker/proxy

I need to view an Australian website as my cousin is in the final of a TV show over there, I need something that will change my IP address to an Oz one.

Any recommendations?

Proxies work fine but connections are open to 'main-in-the-middle' attacks, its also difficult to maintain quality of service in terms of viewing streaming media and the like.

A paid VPN service with a PPTP server in the required country would be worth considering for long term use.
