Yeah, I'm with you there dave, I think its cause the line of the glass gets continued from the front to the rear, it suits the car very well.
I had thought the rear carbon blade would be needed to finish off the look, but seeing those photos, you could get away without it. (Personally I'd still do the carbon blade)
