Torque Wrench

Anyone know where I could get a decent torque wrench in dublin - will most motor factors do them?

Yep, they should.
Argos sell a Draper one if I remember correctly, I'm sure it would be fine for occasional use. Just remember to get one with the correct drive size (½" or ¼")
