Why did they even bother folding in the mirrors (Unless thats from driving too close to walls) :roll: :roll:

neaah , dont think joyriders ...
looked like was parked there for a while


sold bumper/wing for a 95 last week so might be for this one.

mad color though , never seen a prefacelift in green before.

If it's a gpx they fold automatically.

Doesnt happen in mine either, I need to use the switch, I think with some they fold automatically all right, this discussion was had before somewhere.

The only way to make them fold automatically is with some fettling (© Colm).
I think Rory is working on a kit.

As per the lads you'd need to fiddle about for a bit to achieve auto-foldage, but it's possible yes..Just not from the factory afaik.

with regards to the fto I'm pretty sure I've spotted the same example out in Ranalagh a fair bit back so those injuries may not be from recent incidents.

It looks really sore though - can't help but wish someone would fix it..

Both FTO's I owned (GR & GPX) had auto folding mirrors - Its unlikely the previous owners did any fettling to acheive this as both cars were bog standard when bought by me.

This is ot but - what type of switch did they have? the clicky one or the springy one?
I really didn't think this was a factory option...
