Air Filter for 95 GR

Postby briencrean » Tue Feb 03, 2009 10:55 pm

Hi all,

I really need to get a new air filter. The only air filter I could find for a GR was the ITG filter on camskill.

Not that there is anything wrong with that filter, but are there any other aftermarket filters available for a GR?

I found a few on eBay including a HKS super power flow but they are all for MIVEC models.

I e-mailed sumo-power regarding the HKS filter and they said the MIVEC filters are not compatible with the GR?!

I'm not sure how many filters are out there for a GR but ITG are probably one of the best.

I read some reviews on the ITG filters and they look really good.

I just wondered if there was some variety available

Thanks Guys.

Steelroe is the HKS designed for a GR? How good a condition is the sponge in and are the sponges hard to find for that version?

Thanks Steelroe

I got the HKS filter today. haven't had a chance to fit it yet but was just wondering what would you normally use to clean the filter element when it gets dirty?
