well the leather update is that i'll have it all done and dusted the end of this week, i only saw the back seats when i dropped up the passenger seats but they look the business, double stitched and the detail is perfect.
getting the door cards, gaitor and cubby lid done tomorrow and touch wood i'll have it all bak on saturday.
only problem now is i've to wait till monday for the tyres..... it's always something!!

well folks, another update, got the seats back in yesterday, and they look the business, front and rear in cream, he has the door cards, the gaitor and cubby lid at the moment, and i must say they are the mutts nutts, completly transform the car. can't wait to have the lot finished.
also got the new tyres on, toyo t1s, 225/40/18 and they look and feel much better, far less road noise, and nice to see the arches filling up, only slight rubbing on full lock on passenger side, reckon it's a bit of lining hanging down!
i'll have pictures hopefully saturday.....

Its the 40 profile that why they rub same happened to me when i first got my 18" so had to change to a 35 profile in the front.

but the 40 profile is a lot easier to drive on, especially over here, you don't feel absolutely every single bump!
and i wouldn't say twin, only slight differences, lets say oh 75bhp or so!!!

That would be true alright but i have been on the 35 profile for almost two years now and i don't mind it at all but each to the own i guess but eventually the sound of the rubbing will probably get on your nerves

too true, but i only rubs on full lock to the left on the passenger side and i reckon its some some lining hanging down.... i'll have to have a look at the weekend, i reckon i'll just get away with it cos yours would be lower with that engine in the front.... plus it fills the rear arches lovely!!
but hey whos to know alright, just as long as i keep the bonnet closed!

Yep i kept the 40 profile on the rears and with the mixed profiles it actually gave it a more aggresive stance :D  :D
