Body Repair Manual

I think this is a first for any FTO site (might be wrong), I have managed to get my hands on a complete FTO BODY REPAIR MANUAL. This is a complete manual (approx 80 pages) that details all information needed to repair body damage.

It gives detail of the following:

Complete dinensioned drawing for the entire body and chassis. i.e dimensions used by body shop for measuring system.

Welded panel replacement, exact detail of where each weld is to allow removal of the panels.

Cross sectional view of the entire body.Complete breakdown of all panels etc.

Body colour coding including underbonnet colouring details.

This manual would be invaluable to anyone carrying out body repairs or otherwise. I will try and post some sample pages if I work out how to do it.



Corrosion Protection details i.e body sealer locations. Undercoat apllication locations.

Details of all synthetic rein parts i.e all plastic material used on the car.

It would be interesting to scan & PDF such a manual. Would That be an option?

Could use this now actually, some feckin wagon scrapped and dented my passenger rear quarter panel
