Well people i think the time has come. I will more than likely be selling my FTO soon, reason being is that I'm leaning towards a TT Supra. Only problem is whether or not i sell the car with the turbo fitted or not.

Specs are as follows.

1995 GS, 1830CC, Manual, Burgundy, Taxed till Sept 06 & NCT'd till January 07

Exterior
Top Mix Kit, (alternative kit available, facelift bozz, DC skirts, facelift indicator lights)
Carbon fibre bonnet (Fitted 3 months ago, cost £450)
18" RVR II rims, with 225/40/18 Avon ZZ3's
Clear side repeaters
Dual Exhausts (4" can both sides)

Interior
Cream Leather interior
Momo Millenium Steering Wheel

New KYB shocks fitted all round less than 2 months ago.
New bushes all round

Lowered Apex Springs
Brembo front brake conversion fitted at the same time as the shocks
Kit includes: 330MM discs,Brembo calipers, braided lines and dot5 fluid

Timing belt done 160Km's, Full service due this month

The turbo (RPW Stage two kit) has not been fitted as yet but the specs are as follows

Garrett T28 Ball bearing Turbo (Rated to 300Bhp)
-Wastegated & Watercooled
Turbo Manifold
4G93 Dump Pipe turbo kit
GFB type 2 Blow Off Valve
4G93 Turbo Oil & Water Kit
4* 275 CC Genuine Mitsi Injectors (Fitted)
FSE Fuel Pressure Kit & Guage (Fitted)
4G93 1.50MM Thick Head Gasket (Fitted)
Camshaft Gear
Vernier Camshaft Gear
K&N Pod filter (Fitted)
Air Inlet Temp Sensor
254 & 228 MM Thermo Fan kit (Fitted)
Kit also includes all other gaskets/flanges bolts ect.
Front Mounted intercooler (Fitted)
-All pipe work is stainless steal, professionally welded coupled with Samco hose work, fully customized job

Engine Management
-Greddy Profec E-01 Boost/Screen Pro
-Greddy E-Manage ECU (Main Unit)
-Greddy E-Manage Injector Harness
-Greddy E-Manage Ignition Harness
-Greddy Profec Map Sensor Harness

There's a tracker installed, this can be included in the sale.
It has an internet tracking system that you can log on and check exactly where the car is at all times.


Obviously the above has cost me a shed load of money but at the moment I just feel it may be time to let her go.
There are some pictures in my album but if anyone wants more pictures or info PM me, I've no set price in my head as yet but I am open to offers, if sale is to go ahead with turbo included it will take a little longer.

Sorry to hear you're selling up Dave but it has to happen sometime.

If you're not selling it with the turbo fitted, consider sticking the kit on ebay or advertise over on the FTOOC, you should get a nice few quid for it.

well I'm just guaging interest at the moment, i would reckon i could sell the kit handy enough so it doesn't bother me either way. I've got all my old parts anyways so if there's no joy i'll just rip everything out and sell it as close to standard as i can.
So we'll see.

I'm not interested in buying, but what sort of power will the GS put out with the Turbo fitted?
1997 FTO GX Aero
Brembos, Custom Induction kit, Toad alarm, front and rear strut braces, Halo fogs, EL dials, EVO enkeis, lowered, Apexi N1 exhuast, denso iridium plugs, battery in the boot, clear repeaters...need I go on?

I've been told by RPW that they did a conversion with a smaller turbo on a lancer and it was pushing out 200bhp at the wheels.
I'd be happy with 170 at the wheels for day to day running.
RPW sent me two programs for the install which has the day to day one and the "extreme" one.

That'd be cool.....compatible fto injectors seem to be some kind of closely guarded secret among those in the know!

the injectors though may be different between a GS and a GR/GPX?
mine are genuine Mitsi ones, from which exact model i don't know but the 4G93 engine block is a common one...

I've sent an email anyways, so i'll see what i can find.

Yeah,i guess they could be different.....i know the gto non-turbo ones don't fit the 6a12 so i suppose it'll be the same with the gs ones :roll:
