Nope, its rated as a trike, a lot harder to insure than a car, comes into the same category as a kit car, most companies wont touch them. Driving licence wise I dont know if its as a car or a bike, trikes are usually a car engine so I have a feeling they'd be licenced as a car, as far as I know you dont even legally have to wear a helmet on them. I know in NZ you dont, and they have the same strict rules about bike users wearing helmets. So you should be ok for the licence.
