oh alright then!

broke 2 of the bolts where the centre section meets the cat, will have to drill them out tomorrow evening.

Must say the system went together very easily, and it was very easy to adjust the second tailpipe to match the other side, as you can adjust left/right and in/out. No instructions, but it was all pretty obvious.

kinda regretting not getting the de-cat now!

Might be able to sort you out with a decate pipe - if you in return help me with some surgery on my bumper ;-)

Lemme know if you're interested and we can sort the details..

Perks of working in a garage colm! What I'd give to have a hoist like that for getting under the car instead of tryign to use stands and trolley jacks!
Quads look nice by the way!

cat isn't in yet MFFTO, broke 2 studs on it, so can't bolt it back in. bother.

will drill them out later (unless someone's got a spare decat?)

Get Camskill to send out a decat - they should only really charge you the difference (£50) + postage. You won't get one much cheaper than that secondhand.

well, the quads are plumbed in, not too bad a job, biggest pain was breaking the studs on the cat and having to sort that. out. total time taken about 4.5 hours.

The tailpipes are sitting lower than on Shane's car. must try and raise the back-box somehow and also force on some nuts onto the hooks that hook around the exhaust hanger rubbers. they don't particularly look like they'll fall off, but I may as well be cautious.

It sounds great on the move. a little noisier than I'd expected, and not a million miles away from the backbox that was on the car when I got it, but the sound is a lot more burbley and much sweeter on idle.

Just noticed this morning that the passenger side pipe was hanging down. got some Bosal heavy duty clamps to hold it in place. the ones supplied are a little on the light side.
