I've similar damage myself on the drivers door / rear quarter panal (some flute in a shopping centre carpark), I got a price of €550 to get it sorted

Not a chance, its the 3rd or 4th time I've been hit in a carpark with no comeback, my advice is to stay away from the Blanch Centre!
