Guys is this not on the same day as the BIG Jap show in mondelo ,The only reason i know that is because John was going to go to it , but I will talk him round , Why would they put 2 car shows on the 1 day ? I told him if we went to the fto 1 we could stay out with out the kids and the other we have to come home , its so easy to talk a man around, :twisted:

- yip its on the same day as the Mondello show - to be fair the Custom & Performance show was arranged first - don't know why they picked the same day for a similar show.

EDIT - The Limerick show has now been changed to September 30th to avoid the clash with Mondello.

There is Another ''Show'' on that day :

Round 4 is on in ST.Angelo Enniskillen on the 9th of sept - Round 4 Drag championships

Have booked the weekend of the 30th off, thanks for letting John know of the change, last night Shane. He is happy now as he will get to both and also he is going to the 1 in Waterford at the end of Aug.

Has been changed to weekend of Sep 30th. We'll sort out the details closer to the event. Plenty of notice for guys and gals to book days off - clean the FTO etc

ah yeah, sure it'd be rude not to!!! I still have my rays so i might throw them on the back for the day!!! I actually damaged one of my wheels,it was either that or loose a wing mirror, someone was over way too much on my side of the road, one of those things i suppose!!!

The Rays may help a bit alright.

Despite the porky weight of the Zed theres really not a lot of weight I could loose without it being permanent - air con/airbags/change of seats/ sound insulation etc

I think I'll just run on a low tank of high RON fuel and take out the spare wheel and tools etc. I can't even take out the pasenger seat cause of the airbag + electrics etc attached.

We can arrange the night before closer to the date - presume the BBQ as per last year will be ok - we had good craic last time out.

Anybody who needs accomodation - its €38 per night for B&B which I can arrange - ensuite rooms + Breakfast. Just PM me to confirm - no deposit neccessary. A few of you guys know the place from last year. Its across the road from my house where we can hold the BBQ on the Sat night - so ye won't have far to fall after the beers. Its also convenient to Limerick for the following morning - We'll let you lead the way to the racecourse this time Elaine! :wink:
