my car is wrote off

well lads my car is a complte write off a civic hit me head on 2day in ballyfermot car is feck it has bent chaiss,engine mounts broke,steering wheel just bent on impact,exaust back box is bent with tail pipe sitting up about 4 inches

Whats the story with insurance?

Was the civic cutting an overtake too short or what?

we were driving in diff directions and he was tryin to turn right no indecatior or anything and says he never seen me i am just in shock and pain

his insuranse is payin out i think

Jees, sorry to hear that. Seb's right though, at least you're ok, the car can be replaced. Lets just hope the insurance goes though ok and you can get back on the road soon.

well i have a mr2 also so am gonna be driving that for a while ya knw seb seen pics off the car and seen how bad it was

jesus..... in fairness not being able to see a red car... the civic drivers excuse isnt exactly solid is it???? be different if it was silver and it was raining or summit!!!

Luckily your ok tho...... pity about the car but as sad its replacable...... at least u have a grand car to be drivin till u get a new FTO!!! mr2 ainta bad runaround if u ask me!!! :)

just out of curiosity, did you have your dipped lights on? Either way, no excuse form the civic driver pulling across you like that. I use my dipps permanently now in the hope it helps with visibility. The FTO is a solid car at the front and thankfully you were not injured. Thats always the main thing. Look at it is a chance to upgrade ;)

I concur, I always drive with my lights on. Better safe than sorry, I just wish others would do the same. Glad you're okay anyway Keith.
