sound proofing

sound proofing

while my plastic panels are out of my car i was thinking on putting some sound proofing on the back of the panels should i use dinamat because im going to get that on my car when the ice gose in one layer of dynamat all over my car. would a cheaper sound proofing be ok for the plasitc panels?
