Silly question no doubt, but I am looking to get some 5spoke alloys (running on 15 mitsi alloys)
Is there any settings or fit requirements I need to know about?
Few good prices on the buyandsell for new and nearly new alloys, no idea though if they will be compatible with the FTO, forgive my ignorance!

Thats 17 inchs alloyI'm looking to buy by the way, the wheel arch gap with the 15inches is massive.....

Hey CB,

the figures are:
PCD of 114.3, 5 stud, bore 67.1 I'm told, and offset somewhere between 35 and 40 should be ok.

Other cars with similar fitments include one of the Nissan Skyline models, S14 (94+ I think) 200SX, Ford Probe, and I've seen MR2 mentioned here and there but I'm not sure.

No probs... it is very possible that they would not fit the FTO, you'd need to check the PCD + offset, possibly bore too to be sure.

Do a search on google for "alloy wheel fitment guide" or something similar and you'll get lots of matches, e.g. http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/fitmentguide.asp which shows the fitment for each type of car.

For those ones your best bet would be to ask the guy for the PCD, but if he doesn't have that info you could find out what car they came off, and what year the car was, and then look up a fitment guide. The year is important as for example the 200SX has the same fitment as the FTO after 1994, but not beforehand. Ideally try putting one on your car when you go to buy them if they do seem like a match from talking to him over the phone.
